IF not seeming sustainable (Response)


The answer I received about hunger was it is my thoughts towards my hunger.
But what if I really don’t like the physical discomfort of feeling hungry for most of the day? The growling has my mind constantly pulled to food rather than thinking of other things.
I understand needing to sit and process uncomfortable emotions but is it the same thing with uncomfortable physical sensations in the body?
I want a magic pill to take the hunger pains away.
