In all of my thought downloads I always write “I’m not good enough.” I rarely do models on it now, because I’ve had this thought for so long about certain areas of my life and done it over and over. I was told to allow the thought, but now I need to start deciding if I’m going to accept and believe it. I’m not going to anymore. I’m going to hear the thought, let it be, but not engage with it, not believe it.
My question is: should I continue putting it in my thought downloads? It’s always in my brain when it comes to my goals of starting a business. I feel like I may just be strengthening the neural pathway, or should I include it?
