Today I did my thought download and for the first time I had a lot of amazing thoughts in it! Thoughts that feel good!
So, I did an intentional model and I’d like your help to check my model and more specifically my R line.
C: Yesterday I bought an iPad air
T: I offered myself an iPad
A: I want to study, I don’t make myself guilty for the expense, I think it’s amazing to be able to treat myself from a place of abundance, I think about all the things I’m going to be able to do with it, I create joy, pleasure, happiness for myself in my body without net negative result, I think about all the review cards I’m gonna be able to create for CCP program, I’m happy to take care of myself this way, to treat myself and to feel it comes from worthiness and not from an urge or from the need of buffering
R: I create joy to have been able to offer myself this gift = I create joy on top of joy (just like I used to create suffering on top of pain with my old patterns)/I create joy squared
Can you tell me if this model is ok and if I did it right? (I’m always worrying I did not get the R-line right.)
