Hi Brooke, my 2018 goal is to be in vibrant good health, looking and feeling amazing.
I’m trying to define how I will measure it is done. There are many aspects for me to work on (improving my eating, sleep, health check ups, improving my closet, hair etc) but for the exact result that proves it’s done I’m thinking of focusing specifically on exercise since this is the hardest piece for me, something I have never been able to sustain.
I want to become someone who exercises, who has a sustainable exercise regime. So the exact result I’m thinking of is “I have exercised 5 times per week for 48 out of 52 weeks of the year”. It’s the consistency week after week that seems impossible.
Hope I’m on track! Can I check if this sounds a good measure of my goal to you? Thanks wonderful Brooke!
