Impossible Goal Metric?

I love this month. 🙂

My impossible goal has to do with finally losing the last bit of my extra weight and more importantly finding peace around food at last. My question is what metric should I use? My weight? Whether I went through the day with no binges? Whether I stuck with a strict protocol? Any hints are very welcome! Thanks, Lindsay P.S. My vote is tights with wedge heeled boots.
