My impossible goal for 2020 was to give up sugar which I defined as cake/baked goods, cookies, candy and ice cream as these were the foods I was buffering with. The first two weeks I did great and the went off the rails and spiraled out of control with sugar again. Bottom line, I don’t like my goal…. Not because I don’t think I can do it but because I don’t want to do it. I think a better impossible goal for me would be to make a plan and only eat what’s on the plan. I’ve NEVER been able to do that With any consistency which is why it’s seems impossible. This would allow sugar on plan sometimes. Thoughts on revising impossible goals at this point?
