I wasn’t hungry when it was time to eat my 2nd meal today (I had 3 planned) and I want to get to the point where I’m only eating 2 meals in one day. However, 2-2.5 hours later, I was really hungry but it wasn’t time for my next planned meal. What would you suggest on days like today? I don’t want to snack but I needed something to hold me over and that might happen again tomorrow for example. I’m really proud of my body for getting better at fasting and fat burning though!
