Just a few questions regarding eating protocol

Hi Brooke

I know that our protocol is ultimately our choice but just wanted some advice regarding the below:
1) Apple Cider Vinegar
2) Can you not eat enough when intermittent fasting?
3) How do you know you are getting enough (nutrients vitamins etc) by your food choices?
I am working on a protocol and adapting it to suit me and my lifestyle so that I will be sustainable, but want to make sure that I am covering off everything
4) I know rice is allowed under your guidelines, but are rice cakes a compliant choice?
