Hello! Read Obesity Code. He says intermittent fasting has to be mixed up…intermittent, in other words. Not the same every day. I am fasting from after dinner to noon each and every day. My first meal is at noon. Sounds like from the Obesity Code, the sameness of that will get my body in a rut…that I need to mix up the timing so my body doesn’t acclimate to the same fasting period. Your ideas?
