Can I change my intermittent fasting times a few times a week? For example, I typically do 16/8 and eat from 10am-6pm. Occasionally there are times where I need to eat at 6:30-7pm. If that happens, do I just switch to eating at 10:30-11am the next morning? In other words, is it best to stick with same eating window all the time or is flexibility ok since I am still going 16 without eating?
