Interval fasting


I am eating all of my meals between 11am and 7pm and then fasting….
if I eat breakfast at 11am and dinner around 6pm should I not be eating anything inbetween? Shoukd I also be fasting netween the two meals?

Also- is the reason for no flour because the high carb contributes to weight gain- or is it just bc it causes over-hunger/cravings? I was surprised (but kind of excited) when i saw that Brooke said corn is ok. (Does that mean corn tortillas and corn tortilla chips?) I was so happy to see that because I love mexican food but then I wondered if I should’t eat them because I do love them so much?!
