Mornings and getting the kids out the door to the bus stop on time are such a stressful time for me. I am so overwhelmed with emotion – anxiety and irritability that feel like the fog is so great. I can’t even really figure out what my thoughts are. How do I figure out the thought that is driving the emotion?
