London lockdown has just been announced for the next few weeks, covering the Xmas period.
For the first time since the beginning of the pandemic, that brought me down.
The phrase which comes to my mind is: It is depressing. The feeling is numbness.
I have done an intentional model, thinking: I have so much time to do what I want. What do would you really like to do?
But facing this emptiness is leaving me lost and not wanting to do anything. I can only see chores to busy me.
Not sure where to start to make the most of it and enjoy this quiet time.
Any suggestion for an intentional model?
