You’re right –
the thought “it isn’t fair” makes me feel helpless. An intentional thought that feels better is “I am capable of creating a good day at work.”
The thought it isn’t fair also makes me feel angry. Can a thought make us feel too different emotions?
“It isn’t fair that life is hard and I am angry about it” – as if I am waiting for someone to come change it.
SO then a better intentional thought is “I am the one person who can change my life, no one else.”
Does that seem a good direction to go in? It feels better in my body
