You just coached someone about her joy eats and exception days….Days? Really? I thought I understood this concept. But one of your coaches I believe it was Corinne talked about eating nachos as her joy eat. I thought a joy eat was one food (like I told her I think of nachos as being about 5 foods I don’t eat.) And an exception “day”…to good to be true. I am pretty much at my goal weight, do we ever weigh what we think is thin enough? What kinds of joy eats or exceptions would you suggest for me?
