C – yell at toddler T – I’m a terrible mum, I have scarred him for life F – shame, guilt, incompetence A – overanalyse situation all day R – less connection with son, not present with him. Intentional model C – yell at toddler T – isn’t it nice he wants to play with me at 5:30am, he obviously loves me very much I’ve done a great job building our bond F – love, blessed, achievement A – cuddle him or get up and start day R – happy toddler ?? This doesn’t feel right…
