July week 1 work – lb


Hi! I have a question re the week 1 work, actually the work for each week. My topic for week 1 is that I had an eating disorder as a teenager, I feel shameful in several ways about this and I don’t discuss and don’t want to reflect on. I have my eating largely handled and I’m a good weight now. I’m judgemental about others and their weight issues , as a way I think of not feeling my past. The questions for week one and amt of space given to work through issues doesn’t seem enough to tackle this. Do I do all at once or work on all week? Not clear yet on most useful way to begin. Thank you
