Still feeling a bit newbie here, I am curious to find out what you coaches do with your daily thought downloads and models once you’ve finished them. Is there any point to holding onto them? I find that once I’ve finished them, I want to shred them and minimize any accumulation of paper.
But maybe there’s something to be said for hanging onto them to review at a later point in time? Just curious to hear if anything’s been recommended about this in the past. Thanks so much.
