feeling the feelings-
this is amazing
you talked about it in a way that is finally getting through
I need to be able to feel
shame, fear, intense fear (‘terror”), rejection, being judged, being judged lacking, being wrong, being blamed
I used to hide from life so I would not feel these feelings
breathe into the emotion
allow it to be in all of its forms
then know you can handle any feeling
in parallel,
create thoughts you want to think
somewhere down the path, once you know you can handle any feeling,
you will have authority over it
I will lose its meaning and its impact
is this correct?
