I’m trying to self coach my thoughts in regards to a lazy coworker. I can’t find better feeling thoughts. Can you help? I would guess a coach would be asking me “why is that a problem?”

Well, it’s a problem because it makes more work for me as we share job duties. So what she doesn’t do, I have to pick up the the slack.

C-coworker does less work than I do. (Verified via reports from computer).
T-she is fully competent & intelligent, which solidifies she is being lazy.
F-annoyed
A-continued my work and try to ignore it, but it doesn’t seem to work.
R-I continue to do most of the work and resent her.
