I need help in thinking about a legal matter I am involved in. I get emails and texts and phone calls about this matter and every time my “flight or fight” system kicks in high gear. I can sit with the feelings, but I would like to work on some thoughts that I could consider when I get these communications that might help me show up in a way other than from a place of fear. I would like to show up from a place of confidence or perhaps each communication is getting me one step closer to the end of this matter, but my current thought of “ugh, I just want this to go away” isn’t helping. Thank you
