Letting go of the outcome

Hi coaches!

I am wondering how to set a goal without being attached to the outcome. Weight loss, for example. I want to lose ten pounds. I am very attached to the outcome. Intellectually I know that the only thing that will be different is that my body will be smaller, weight lower, and my clothes might fit better. But I am REALLY attached to the outcome.

Or starting my business. I am completely attached to the revenue number. I want to achieve it. How can I pursue a revenue goal without being attached to the outcome?
