Managing mind through PMS or feeling unwell

Hi,I’m focusing on weight loss and had been doing a great job of managing urges and recognising the drama of my primal brain. Yesterday however, I woke up feeling really unwell whilst experiencing the mood changes of pre-menstrual tension and I resisted these feelings hard. This lead my primal brain to gain the upper hand and I ended up eating sugar to try to give myself energy as I was feeling so incredible fatigued with low mood.

Any additional tips or thought ideas for helping me sit with this discomfort?
