I would like to use the urge jar work to help me manage my drink plan. Do you recommend that I listen to all of the sessions with Brooke about that but just replace the food over eating focus with the over drinking focus? Also, is it OK to pick the same person each time? I’d like to work on my relationship with my husband and I wonder if he can be the person each week. And finally, how do I find out about signing up for the coaching that is offered this month as part of scs? Thank You!
