Result = someone else’s feeling?

Can an Result be how we think someone else is feeling? Here’s an example:
C My teen with anxiety disorder (18 yrs old but still in hs) is asking for medication at 2 p.m. to go sleep because she is so anxious.
T This is self-defeating behavior.
F anger and fear
A I am uptight and rigid towards her, instead of soft and understanding.
R She feels unsupported and then feels defensive, angry or distant.

Along the same lines, I heard Brook say in one of the videos that the R should match or support the C. In the model I gave above, they are different. Am I doing this correctly?
