How do you know if you are ‘really’ depressed or anxious vs having negative thoughts all the time? I am doing thought downloads and can definitely see why I sometimes feel down/ anxious. However they seem so automatic. Will they just get better the more I practice changing my thoughts? I don’t always really believe the new thoughts. I am trying to state the facts and laddering. When should you try medication? I don’t think I need medication but just curious about your thoughts and I have considered it in the past. xx
