Hi, I have been feeling really tired the last few months especially since I left my husband and am looking after my two children on my own and working full time.
I have noticed that sometimes I can do some thought work to push through the tiredness and take things with my distance. But very often I don’t manage and feel that I am draining myself through all these things I choose to do. How can I know if it is my mind talking or my body crying for some rest? Thank you 😊
