Mindlessness


Just when I feel like I’ve got the mindfulness around eating, I lose it.

It’s for sure been a two steps forward, one step back journey.

Is this normal, Brooke? I am guessing that it is?

What do you suggest would be the most beneficial and effective way to NOT experience these mindless episodes?

Observe, and move on?

This last one involved social eating… and definitely not a well planned out scenario…
