Model about overeating

C – I intended to eat one plate of food at dinner night before last. I ate more after that plate. A small helping of seconds. I had pre-decided not to but did it anyway. This happens more nights than not.
T question: should thought line be about the circumstance? Or should thought line be thought that I have before going off plan? My thought is about the latter.
T- I still lose weight so it’s ok. Also I enjoy overeating. (There may be an element of rebellion here?)
F – Enjoyment.
A – Overeating
R – Don’t build trust with self.

I know I’m mixing things up. Help me pull apart?
