model help


I will have a very challenging next month, with exams + work + other, and looking at my calendar made me come up with:

C – full calendar
T – my schedule has too many hard things to do
F – uncomfortable
A – procrastinate, overthink, inaction
R – only half of things get done

Intentional model:
C – full calendar
T – I want to do the important things in my schedule
F – productive
A – i address one thing at a time, do my self coaching when I don’t feel like it, willing to do B- work
R – I accomplish important things from my calendar

OR

C – full calendar
T – I am willing to be uncomfortable
F – accepting
A – i address one thing at a time, do my self coaching when I don’t feel like it, willing to do B- work
R – i get the important things done

I believe the second model more, but it is scary to be willing to feel uncomfortable so many times a day, so many days in a row.
I need a bit of help with cleaning this.
