I worked on this in my coaching last week, but am still not sure I have my model “dialed in”. As background, this came up after an emotionally charged 50/50 week. Lots of things to celebrate, and lots of things to mourn all in one week and I really focused on feeling the emotions of both. After doing that, I felt tired and fragile and wanted to take some time for self care. Prior to SCS, all of my self soothing involved pizza or cookies and I no longer want to do that.

A – I try out different things – reading, napping, hot bath, putting on PJs and watching a movie
R – I find healthy activities to make me feel better
