T: I want to stay in bed and read chick lit all day.
A: start negotiations with self on how little I can work (at job) in order to stay in bed; work less b/c of these negotiations; don’t make a plan, don’t ask why I want to do this.
R: stay in bed much of the day.
I have been in a bit of a low lately which is how I describe my “depression flare ups.” I am on medication for depression, but not sure that “flare ups” is actually a thing. Definitely having some judgments about it which I’ll take to 1:1. But curious about some help with this model, especially since you all do such an amazing job at it! TIA!
