I am in CCP and I need some help with a model. If a client wants to stop over shopping. What should I put in the C line?

Should I put “Goal of stop over shopping” or should I ask: “When was the last time you over shopped?” and find out the triggers of the over shopping and put the trigger in the C line?

I assume the A line will be “Over shopping?”
