Model on the scale

Would love feedback on this morning’s model…

C: Number on the scale stayed the same.
T: I expected it to be lower.
F: Disappointment
A: – Make space for the disappointment and stay the course
– Intermittent fasting, no sugar/no flour while allowing some flexibility (an exception is ok)
– No buffering
– Exercise.
R: Weight loss, cravings will lose their intensity, I’ll be stronger physically and emotionally, better-fitting clothes, improvement in medical labs, developing the belief that I will not quit, feel proud of my accomplishments.
