I am working on the HTBALC podcast #4 Make your offer.
The Model would fit perfectly for a 1o1 session.

Then suddenly I was considering the team as an entity with its own life and thinking.
I wander if the Model could be effective to help that team go over its own dysfunctioning, result of the people’s synergy. The second Model being meant to get out of stuck circumstances.

Then each member of the team would take responsability in achieving his/her own part…

Would that be worth considering ?
