Monday Hour None


I tried to follow Monday hour one for a week, it mostly worked, but I had some activities that I didn’t do. The second week my brain just went full beating up mode about the week before and I did plan for the week but then did not follow anything. The third week I couldn’t even plan for that week. I eventually did a thought download and discovered that my thought was you either complete all you planned or it just doesn’t work. Every time I try to do the plan I just can’t even start.

My model looks like this:
C: I’m planning for Monday hour one
T: You won’t follow it through completely so what’s the point
F: Defeated
A: I don’t even try to complete the planning stage
R: I let my primitive brain take control on the actions I take during the week.

Could you please help me with this?
