I have read the book and completed the workbook but seem to have missed the difference between these two types of models. I am thinking that an unintentional model would be simply looking at what is… where my thoughts, actions, results go. The intentional model would be considering, for example, what thoughts might be useful in terms of getting a result I would prefer. Or what actions I might take to get a different result that would help me to adopt new thoughts?
Would you talk a bit about this or tell me where I could learn more about it?
