Monday Hour One dilemma


I’ve tried to use Monday Hour One at my work. I’m the Center Director of a school so I thought I could create a schedule/set expectations for myself and my team. However, our school is a fast-paced intensive English program so the curriculum is accelerated as is the admin side of things. I constantly get interrupted with teacher and student questions/requests. I also get interruptions via email often from my boss with ‘urgent’ requests. How can I plan for interruptions in the Monday Hour One model?
