Hey Brooke. Since starting SCS, I have lost 16 pounds. I weigh less than I’ve weighed almost my entire adult and near adult life. Thank you so much. What I’m wondering about is the best way to move to maintenance in my protocol. I don’t eat sugar and flour. I also generally avoid grains and potatoes. I’m wondering what to add back in to stop losing. I have been really satisfied and sated most of the time, so eating more of the same things I eat is not particularly appealing. Thoughts?
