I like what you said about throwing away the thought downloads I think I would be embarrassed and/or be ashamed if some else read my private thoughts. Especially if they did not know the work I am doing on myself

My question: Do we get a “Why You Must” booklet each month for the thought downloads. If so, I can throw away the entire booklet If it is only the download sheets, I’ll want to keep the information prior to the write in sheets.
