I dared myself to share a video / audio with the Life Coaching School – I think it will bring value and so I sent it – i just recorded it and didn’t strive for perfection – I think the content was good enough! I recorded the video, then the audio, wrote the email and clicked on send. I liked that I did it before any thoughts came into my head as to why I shouldn’t 🙂
