My Kids Don’t Live at Home Now

My daughter is in college. My son just turned 18 and “moved” on to his sailboat that he spend years saving for and plans to sail from Hawaii to points far away as soon as he gets it outfitted and his sailing muscles strengthened.

C – my kids don’t live at home now
T – There’s nothing of me left now that they are gone
F – lost
A – take naps, don’t feed myself well during day, don’t really feel like cooking dinner, don’t clean the house, don’t work on projects I’ve always said I want to do, play inane games on phone and look at instagram, drink at night,
R – don’t have a life of my own
