My New Past


As we move towards week 4, I’m considering my ‘new story’. Is it finding the good from my past, that I don’t often tell myself, and rewriting the positive from that story, then visioning my future and describing it?

It seems I remember an early podcast where Brooke reworked her past, it was helpful to hear her shift and identify the positive things that allowed her to so successfully move forward. What was that
