Started on 7/25/2017 –
On IF for 7 months , did 1-2 days of 24 hour fast , but stopped as u suggested .
– no sugar no flour
– eating window from 2/3 pm to 8 pm – 2 meals :
-salad with broiled fish , sushi roll with side of sweet potatoes fries and seeweed salad – once -twice a week ;
Some days Salas’s with vegan cheese ( nuts),
Rice ( white or brown ), or quinoa with vegetables – kale , tomatoes , steamed corn . Amounts of grain are – 1/2 to 1 cup per serving, one serving a day .
Days off – breakfast with bf – 1-2 pm – 2 eggs, salad .
Fried fish fillets .
Don’t eat meat , no dairy .
Drinks – only water and coffee in morning with almond milk foam .
Add 1-2 tablespoonful of sunflower seed butter for fat .
Joy food – peaches on sundays .
As of yesterday eliminated grains whatsoever , also corn .
