I have a manual for how my 8 year old son should behave. When he does something against my manual, I feel annoyed/frustrated/angry. Here’s a specific model:

C – Son on couch moving his body
T – He should sit still
F – Annoyed
A – yell at him and threaten if he doesn’t sit still I’m turning the TV off. Keep my eyes on him and wait for him to screw up again. Feel my annoyance growing.
R – I’m frustrated and annoyed that he is still moving around.
