I normally have some pain in my neck, but it doesn’t keep me from activities. I am decluttering a room and within the last two days, I believe I may have exacerbated my neck pain￼ by lifting bags that were too heavy.
Is “pain in my neck” a Circumstance or is it a Thought? I generally don’t take any medication for neck pain but have resorted to taking some to try to get to the point where I feel like I’m not in too much pain to get back to work decluttering.
It doesn’t seem to be helping much, so I’m wondering if my thoughts are contributing to my neck pain.
