Would you suggest a couple of R’s for this scenario?

C: Was told the assigned work is a 30-min segment show but it turned out to be only a 20-min segment
T: They tricked me ( or I was tricked)
F: Mad
A: Sent a text to a colleague and complain, complained to husband, said “I’d never work with that company again”
R: ???

I could not come up with an R that aligns with the T.

Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
