Negative feedback from boss

Hi,
New Scholar here, still trying to learn the ropes. I tried a model on something that happened recently at work, but I am struggling on how to edit myself, and how to move to the “intentional” model where I can make my actions and results different. All critique is welcome! I’m kind of confused at this point. Thank you!

Here is what I have:
C: My boss stated he wants me to change something on a high visibility project that was already circulated, after he told me he trusted my judgment to circulate without his review.
T: He thinks I screwed up the project.
T: I hate working for a micromanager.
F: Frustrated
F: Angry
A: I had a negative attitude during our next 1 on 1 meeting.
A: I talked badly about my boss to co-workers
A: I don’t fix what he asked. Yet.
R: I suppose R could be “I run everything, no matter how minor, by my boss for review going forward.”

Struggling with what my ideal model would be…
Example:
C: My boss stated he wants me to change something on a high visibility project that was already circulated, after he told me he trusted my judgment to circulate without his review.
T: He thinks I screwed up the project.
F: Indifferent?
F: Eager to learn from the mistake?
A: I fixed the issue.
A: I am more detail oriented on future projects.
R: I continue to work as if I am not micromanaged.
