New identity

I’m having some issues regarding my identity at a new weight. I’ve reached a really important milestone with my weight (having a healthy bmi and only about 10 pounds from goal) three times this year and then overeaten to regain the weight. I recognize that it’s because I have a belief that I am someone who struggles with their weight and is always trying to lose weight, hence when I get close to my goal weight I do my best to prove those thoughts true and go off protocol. I don’t even realize what I’m doing until after the fact and I have time to reflect. What steps do I need to take to move to identifying as a thin person?
