New Protocol – Beginning the Program to Release 130lbs

Hi Brooke, I am setting up my protocol and I want to release 130lbs. I’m not a big meat eater, my meals consist primarily of Ice Cream, pizza, tacos, rice and beans, chips, anything with a tortilla of some sort.

Please give me some direction and feedback on my proposed protocol:
– Intermittent Fasting (Feeding window Noon to 8 pm)
– Two meals
1st meal
6 to 12 ounces of fruit
2nd meal
6 ozs of salad or 6ozs of cooked veggies
6 ozs of beans/fish/veggie burger/boiled egg
2 tbs of dressing
